Section 240.114 - Application filing deadline(a) A person who anticipates conducting radon mitigation services shall file a complete application for certification a minimum of 30 days prior to the anticipated starting date of mitigation activities.(b) A certified individual renewal application postmarked after the previous certified individual certification expiration date will be charged a late application fee as set forth in Appendix A (relating to radon certification fee schedule).The provisions of this §240.114 amended October 26, 2018, effective 1/24/2019, 48 Pa.B. 6791.The provisions of this §240.114 amended under sections 12 and 13 of the Radon Certification Act (63 P.S. §§ 2012 and 2013); section 302 of the Radiation Protection Act (35 P.S. § 7110.302); and section 1920-A of the Administrative Code (71 P.S. § 510.20).
