Section 226.4 - Incorporation by reference(a) Except as provided in this chapter, the requirements of 10 CFR Part 39 (relating to licenses and radiation safety requirements for well logging) are incorporated by reference.(b) Notwithstanding the requirements incorporated by reference, 10 CFR 39.5, 39.8, 39.101 and 39.103 are not incorporated by reference.The provisions of this §226.4 adopted September 14, 2001, effective 9/15/2001, 31 Pa.B. 5239.
