(a) A person or municipality that stores residual waste shall comply with §§ 299.111-299.117 (relating to general).(b) In addition to the requirements of subsection (a), the following requirements shall be met: (1) A person or municipality that stores residual waste in the manner identified in §§ 299.121, 299.122, 299.131-299.133 and 299.141-299.145 shall store the waste under the applicable provisions of those sections.(2) A person or municipality that stores the types of waste identified in §§ 299.151-299.163 (relating to types of waste) shall store the waste under the applicable provisions of those sections.(c) This subchapter applies to residual waste storage at impoundments that are permitted for industrial waste water, pretreatment or storage and discharge under The Clean Streams Law.The provisions of this § 299.101 amended January 12, 2001, effective 1/13/2001, 31 Pa.B. 235.
