Section 297.220 - Salvaging(a) Salvaging of materials may not be allowed or conducted unless salvaging is controlled by the operator to prevent interference with prompt and sanitary operations and is conducted to prevent a health hazard or nuisance.(b) Salvaged materials shall be promptly removed from the unloading area and either stored in an approved area under Chapter 299 (relating to storage and transportation of residual waste) or transported offsite.
