Section 297.271 - Temporary shutdown(a) An alternate permitted solid waste processing or disposal facility shall be available for use if the facility is shut down for a period that extends beyond the permitted storage capacity of the facility. The Department may waive this requirement if the facility has a second processing line that can be used if the first processing line is shut down.(b) If the incinerators at the facility are out of service for a longer period than the storage capacity of the site will allow, solid waste shall be promptly removed from the site.
