Section 297.111 - Contingency plan

An application shall contain a contingency plan consistent with §§ 297.251-297.253 (relating to emergency procedures). The plan shall include a Preparedness, Prevention and Contingency (PPC) Plan that is consistent with the Department's most recent guidelines for the development and implementation of PPC plans.
