Section 297.107 - Soil and groundwater monitoring plan(a) If required by the Department, the applicant shall submit a groundwater monitoring plan to detect groundwater degradation from background levels at the facility.(b) If required by the Department, the applicant shall submit a soil monitoring plan to detect soil contamination from the facility.
