Section 295.252 - Soil erosion and sedimentation controlThe operator shall manage surface water and control erosion and sedimentation to:
(1) Divert surface water away from the storage and composting areas with measures and structures necessary to handle surface water flows based on a 25-year, 24-hour precipitation event, and supported by written calculations.(2) Meet the requirements of Chapters 102 and 105 (relating to erosion and sediment control; and dam safety and waterway management).(3) Prevent erosion to the maximum extent possible, including where possible, using revegetation.
