Section 295.217 - Air resources protection(a) The operator shall control fugitive air contaminants and otherwise prevent and control air pollution in accordance with the Air Pollution Control Act (35 P. S. §§ 4001-4015), Article III (relating to air resources) and § 295.218 (relating to nuisance minimization and control).(b) A person or municipality may not cause or allow open burning at the facility.The provisions of this § 295.217 amended January 12, 2001, effective 1/13/2001, 31 Pa.B. 235.
