Section 295.134 - Soil and groundwater monitoring plan(a) If required by the Department, the applicant shall submit a groundwater monitoring plan to detect groundwater degradation from the facility.(b) If required by the Department, the applicant shall submit a soil monitoring plan capable of detecting the contamination from the facility.
