(a) The operator may not allow litter to be blown or otherwise deposited offsite.(b) Blown off and intercepted litter shall be collected at least weekly from fences, roadways, tree line barriers and other barriers and disposed or stored in accordance with the act and this article, unless a greater frequency is set forth in the permit.The provisions of this § 293.221 amended January 12, 2001, effective 1/13/2001, 31 Pa.B. 235.
