Section 293.218 - Air resources protection(a) The operator shall implement fugitive air contaminant control measures, and shall otherwise prevent and control air pollution in accordance with the Air Pollution Control Act (35 P. S. §§ 4001-4015), Article III (relating to air resources) and § 293.219 (relating to nuisance minimization control).(b) A person or municipality may not cause or allow open burning at the facility.The provisions of this § 293.218 amended January 12, 2001, effective 1/13/2001, 31 Pa.B. 235.
