Section 293.106 - Soil and groundwater monitoring plan(a) If required by the Department, the applicant shall submit a groundwater monitoring plan to detect groundwater degradation from the facility.(b) If required by the Department, the applicant shall submit a soil monitoring plan capable of detecting soil contamination from the facility.The provisions of this § 293.106 amended January 12, 2001, effective 1/13/2001, 31 Pa.B. 235.
