Section 293.101 - General requirements(a) An application to operate a transfer facility shall: (1) Comply with the requirements of this subchapter.(2) Comply with the applicable requirements of Chapter 287 (relating to residual waste management-general provisions).(b) Maps, plans and cross sections submitted to comply with this subchapter shall be on a scale in which 1 inch equals no more than 50 feet with 2-foot maximum contour intervals, unless otherwise approved by the Department.
