Section 291.401 - Additional application requirementsIn addition to the requirements of Subchapter B (relating to general application requirements for the land application of residual waste), an application for a permit for land reclamation by residual waste shall include the following:
(1) An operations map showing the location of groundwater monitoring devices that exist or are proposed for the facility.(2) A complete revegetation plan for the site, including methods of site preparation, seeding mixtures and seeding rates, that shows how the proposed facility will comply with § 291.415 (relating to revegetation).
