Section 290.403 - Surface and groundwater protection(a) Surface water runoff from storage areas shall be minimized. Stormwater shall be managed in accordance with The Clean Streams Law (35 P. S. §§ 691.1-691.1001) and the regulations promulgated thereunder.(b) Surface water run-on to storage areas shall be minimized.(c) Coal ash may not be stored in a manner that causes groundwater or surface water degradation.
