Section 290.107 - Requests for information(a) The Department may request documents and other information from a person to demonstrate that the person is conducting or proposing to use coal ash in a manner that is compliant with this subchapter and the person shall make the documents and information available to the Department upon request.(b) Failure to have documentation of compliance with this subchapter may lead to a presumption that the person is disposing residual waste without a permit.
