Section 289.521 - Limitations(a) In addition to the operating requirements in Subchapter C (relating to operating requirements), a person or municipality that operates a Class II residual waste disposal impoundment shall comply with §§ 289.522, 289.523, 289.531-289.538 and 289.551-289.557.(b) If a facility is a noncaptive facility, it shall be operated as a monofill.
