Section 288.203 - Waste analysis(a) The operator shall inspect each load in accordance with its approved plan under § 287.134 (relating to waste analysis plan) to ensure compliance with that section § 288.201 (relating to basic limitations) and the following sections, as applicable: § 288.423, § 288.523 or § 288.623 (relating to minimum requirements for acceptable waste; minimum requirements for acceptable waste; and minimum requirements for acceptable waste).(b) The operator shall maintain analyses of the waste in accordance with § 287.134 on site for a minimum of 5 years after the analyses are performed. These records shall be made available to a representative of the Department upon request.(c) A person or municipality shall immediately notify the Department if analysis under § 287.134 indicates that there is a significant change in the quality of the waste.
