Section 288.219 - Salvaging(a) Salvaging of materials shall be controlled by the operator to prevent interference with prompt and sanitary operations and conducted to prevent a health hazard or nuisance.(b) Salvaged material shall be promptly moved from the unloading area and either stored in an approved area under Chapter 299 (relating to storage and transportation of residual waste) or transported offsite.
