Section 287.632 - Waiver and modification requirements(a) An operation that is approved under this subchapter is subject to this article.(b) The Department may waive or modify any application and operating requirements in this article, except the Department will not waive § 287.123 (relating to right of entry) and will not waive or modify Subchapter A, §§ 287.124, 287.125 and 287.128, Subchapter E in accordance with Section 287.621(d) or Subchapter F.The provisions of this § 287.632 amended January 24, 1997, effective 1/25/1997, 27 Pa.B. 521; amended January 12, 2001, effective 1/13/2001, 31 Pa.B. 235.
