Section 287.203 - Review period(a) The Department will issue or deny permit applications under this article within the following periods of time:(1) For captive residual waste landfills and disposal impoundments, within 12 months from the date of the Department's determination under § 287.202 (relating to receipt of application and completeness review) that the application is administratively complete.(2) For noncaptive residual waste landfills, disposal impoundments and incinerators, within the period established in the alternative project timeline developed under § 287.202 (relating to receipt of application and completeness review).(3) For other permits, within 6 months from the date of the Department's determination under § 287.202 that the application is administratively complete.(b) The time periods set forth in subsection (a) do not include periods beginning with the date that the Department in writing has requested the applicant to make substantive corrections or changes to the application and ending with the date that the applicant submits the corrections or changes to the Department's satisfaction.The provisions of this § 287.203 amended January 12, 2001, effective 1/13/2001, 31 Pa.B. 235.
