Section 287.10 - Coproduct determination transition(a) A coproduct determination made after January 13, 2001, shall be performed in accordance with this chapter.(b) A person may continue to operate under a coproduct determination made prior to January 13, 2001, provided that the person maintains documentation that demonstrates continuing compliance with the coproduct determination.(c) After January 13, 2003, a person shall only operate under a coproduct determination that meets the requirements of this chapter.The provisions of this § 287.10 adopted January 12, 2001, effective 1/13/2001, 31 Pa.B. 235.
