(a) This subchapter applies to the classification and storage of explosives. It establishes the requirements, procedures and standards for licensing, constructing, and siting and maintaining magazines.(b) Persons storing explosives underground in permitted underground mines are exempt from this subchapter.The provisions of this §211.111 amended June 17, 2005, effective 6/18/2005, 35 Pa.B. 3409.
