Section 145.356 - Banking

A CO2 allowance that is held in a compliance account or a general account will remain in the account until the CO2 allowance is deducted or transferred under § 145.332, § 145.355, § 145.357 or §§ 145.361-145.363 (relating to Department action on compliance certifications; compliance; account error; and CO2 allowance transfers).
