Section 130.708 - Sell-through of products(a)Sell-through period. An adhesive, sealant, adhesive primer, sealant primer, surface preparation solvent or cleanup solvent product subject to this subchapter and manufactured prior to January 1, 2012, may be sold, supplied or offered for sale on or after January 1, 2012.(b)No date or date code. This section does not apply to an adhesive, sealant, adhesive primer, sealant primer, surface preparation solvent or cleanup solvent product subject to this subchapter that does not display on the product container or package the date on which the product was manufactured, or a code indicating the date, in accordance with § 130.707 (relating to product dating).
