Section 130.217 - Sell-through of products(a)Sell-through period. Notwithstanding the provisions of § 130.211 or § 130.215 (relating to table of standards; and requirements for aerosol adhesives), a consumer product manufactured prior to the applicable effective date in § 130.211 may be sold, supplied or offered for sale after the applicable effective date.(b) This section does not apply to a consumer product that does not display on the product container or package the date on which the product was manufactured, or a code indicating the date, in accordance with § 130.371 (relating to product dating requirements).The provisions of this § 130.217 adopted October 10, 2008, effective 10/11/2008, 38 Pa.B. 5598.The provisions of this § 130.217 adopted under section 5 of the Air Pollution Control Act (35 P.
