Section 129.18 - Municipal waste incinerators(a) The conditions of this section apply to municipal waste incinerators.(b) The Department may require continuous monitoring for chemical species or process parameters which may include the following: (1) Hydrogen chloride (HCl).(2) Sulfur dioxide (SO2).(3) Nitrogen oxides (NOx).(4) Carbon monoxide (CO).(5) Combustion Efficiency (C. E.)(c) Continuous monitoring systems installed under this section shall meet the minimum data availability requirements in Chapter 139 Subchapter C (relating to requirements for source monitoring for stationary sources).The provisions of this § 129.18 adopted October 26, 1990, effective 10/27/1990, 20 Pa.B. 5416.The provisions of this § 129.18 issued under section 5 of the Air Pollution Control Act (35 P.S. § 4005).
