Section 127.515 - Operating permits for portable sources at Title V facilities(a) In addition to the requirements of Subchapter H (relating to general plan approvals and operating permits), the operation of a source operating at multiple temporary locations shall be temporary and involve at least one change of location during the term of the permit.(b) A facility subject to the requirements of Title IV of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C.A. §§ 7641 and 7642), relating to acid deposition control, will not be permitted as a portable source.(c) Permits for portable sources shall include the following: (1) The conditions that will assure compliance with the applicable requirements at the authorized locations.(2) The requirements that the owner or operator notify the Department at least 10 days in advance of each change in location.(3) The conditions that assure compliance with the other provisions of this article.
