Section 127.502 - Sources included within a Title V facility(a) For Title V facilities, the applicable requirements for stationary air contamination sources in the Title V facility shall be included in the operating permit.(b) Fugitive emissions from a Title V facility shall be included in the permit application and the Title V permit in the same manner as stack emissions, regardless of whether the source category in question is included in the list of sources contained in the definition of Title V facility.(c) Research and development facilities located at a Title V facility will not be required to be included as part of the Title V facility. The emissions from a research and development facility shall, in all cases, be aggregated with the emissions of the Title V facility to determine whether the facility meets any of the requirements of subparagraphs (i)-(iv) in the definition of a Title V facility.
