Section 127.427 - Consideration of protest(a) A protest alerts the Department to the fact and nature of the objection of the protestant to the proposed action on the application.(b) The Department is not required to consider protests filed subsequent to the time designated in § 127.426 (relating to filing protests), but it may consider them if filed prior to issuance of an operating permit.
