Section 127.464 - Transfer of operating permits(a) An operating permit may not be transferred from one person to another except in cases of change-of-ownership which are documented and approved to the satisfaction of the Department.(b) Section 127.412 (relating to compliance review forms) applies to a request to transfer an operating permit.(c) An operating permit is valid only for that specific source and that specific location of the source as described in the permit.
