Section 127.442 - Reporting requirements(a) Each source shall submit reports to the Department containing information the Department may prescribe relative to the operation and maintenance of the source.(b) At a minimum, each permit shall incorporate by reference the reporting requirements of the act, the Clean Air Act or the regulations thereunder applicable to the source.
