The purpose of this article is to:
(1) Provide for the control and prevention of air pollution anywhere in this Commonwealth, except as expressly excluded in the act or otherwise noted in this article.(2) Provide guidance for the design and operation of sources.The provisions of this § 121.2 adopted September 10, 1971, effective 9/11/1971, 1 Pa.B. 1804; amended March 3, 1972, effective 3/20/1972, 2 Pa.B. 383.
