Section 92a.34 - Cooling water intake structures(a) The provisions of 40 CFR 125.80-125.89 (relating to requirements applicable to cooling water intake structures for new facilities under section 316(b) of the Act) are incorporated by reference.(b) The location, design, construction and capacity of cooling water intake structures, in connection with a point source, must reflect the BTA for minimizing adverse environmental impacts in accordance with the State Act and section 316(b) of the Federal Act (33 U.S.C.A. § 1326(b)).
