Section 109.712 - Control of POE devices(a) The public water supplier shall be responsible for control of POE devices installed under a permit according to § 109.503(a)(2) (relating to public water system construction permits). This includes the installation, operation and routine maintenance of each device.(b) A public water supplier which installs a POE device shall obtain and maintain a right-of-access to the house, building or other facility where the POE device is installed in the form of a covenant running with the land.The provisions of this § 109.712 adopted May 15, 1992, effective 5/16/1992, 22 Pa.B. 2621.
