Section 106.43 - Time limits(a) The Department will set such time limits for the commencement and completion of work under any permit issued under this chapter as it deems reasonable and appropriate to carry out the purposes of this chapter.(b) If such work is not completed on or before the dates set by the Department, unless extended by the Department in writing, the permit shall become null and void without further notification being required.(c) It shall be the responsibility of the permittee to request an extension of time limits.
