Section 106.41 - Notices and reports(a) The permittee shall notify the Department, in writing, of the proposed time for commencement of major above ground work at least 5 days prior to the commencement of work.(b) The Department may require submission of such reports as it deems necessary on the status of work.(c) The requirement to provide notice of commencement of work and status reports shall be identified in conditions of the permit or by order of the Department.
