(a) If the application for assistance is approved, the Department will provide the applicant a copy of the appropriate work orders for the services to be provided and the final approved report.(b) The Department will inform the applicant in writing if the application for assistance is denied and the reasons for denial.(c) The applicant shall immediately notify the Department and the designated consultant if at any time the applicant becomes aware of circumstances which could preclude the issuance of a permit to the applicant for the proposed remining area.
