Section 86.93 - Assistance funding(a) Funds authorized by the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement for this program may not be used to cover administrative costs of the Department.(b) The Department will, to the extent practicable, establish a formula for allocating funds among eligible small operators if available funds are less than those required to provide the services under the program.
