Section 85.53 - Applications for grants and reimbursements(a) All applications for grants shall be made on forms provided by and in a manner prescribed by the Department and shall contain and be supplemented with such information as may be required by the Department.(b) Applications will only be accepted by the Department during the first quarter of the fiscal year of the Commonwealth. The Department will notify the municipality, during the fourth quarter of the preceding fiscal year that grant funds for the upcoming fiscal year will be available for the administration of their bluff setback ordinance and regulations.
