Section 83.514 - Reimbursement procedures(a) Claims for reimbursement shall be made on forms approved by the Commission.(b) Claims for reimbursement shall be submitted to the Commission within 15 days of the end of each quarter. The days are April 15, July 15, October 15 and January 15.(c) The Commission will suspend claim processing until receipt of required reports or the completion of all conditions of the agreement.
