Section 83.512 - Procedures for allocating funds(a) The Commission will determine the amount of funding available for the Technical Assistance Funding Program.(b) Priority for funding shall be established by the Commission based on the estimated workload for the district under the Program.(c) The Commission may reallocate funds if a delegation agreement cannot be fulfilled by the district.(d) During fund allocation, the Commission, at its own discretion, may require that the district budget requests meet specific technical and administrative funding levels.
