Section 83.214 - Eligible costs(a) Eligible costs considered by the Commission under the Plan Development Incentives Program are those fees incurred for the development of the initial nutrient management plan or the amendment of a nutrient management plan approved prior to October 1, 2006, to conform with the revised program criteria.(b) Eligible costs considered by the Commission under the Plan Maintenance Incentives Program are those fees incurred for the development of an update or amendment to a nutrient management plan meeting the requirements of this revised subchapter.(c) Costs of soil and manure tests (not including labor costs) for initial plan development, or for developing the amended or updated plan as described in subsections (a) and (b), are eligible for reimbursement.The provisions of this § 83.214 amended June 2, 2006, effective 10/1/2006, 36 Pa.B. 2636.
