Section 9.166 - New technologies(a) Further technological development may help to improve air quality while allowing growth. Despite past limitations of technology to provide solutions, it is essential that the development of new technologies be in an overall program to protect clean air resources.(b) It shall be the environmental policy of the Commonwealth to provide additional support for developing new technologies to reduce the potential for air pollution in clean air resource areas.
