Rule 582 - Acts of Assembly Not Suspended

The following Acts of Assembly shall not be deemed suspended or affected:

Section 1 of the Act of January 24, 1966, P. L. (1965) 1534, as last amended by § 2, Act of June 11, 1968, P. L. 159, No. 89, 35 P. S. § 1700-1.
