Rule 210 - [Effective until 1/1/2025] Practices ProhibitedThe following practices are specifically prohibited:
(1) The use of depositions or interrogatories for discovery or use at a hearing.(2) Adding parties after the complaint is filed.(3) Attachment proceedings previous to judgment.(4) Entry of a judgment by warrant of attorney or by confession of judgment.The provisions of this Rule 210 renumbered from Rule 325 adopted April 5, 2002, effective 1/1/2003, 32 Pa.B. 2199.
