Rule 1600 - Summons for the Permanency HearingA.Summons. At least fifteen days prior to the permanency hearing, the court may issue a summons compelling any party to appear for the permanency hearing.B.Order appearance. The court may order the person having the physical custody or control of the child to bring the child to the hearing.C.Requirements. The general summons procedures of Rule 1124 shall be followed.
