Rule 1404 - Prompt Adjudicatory HearingA.Child in custody. If a child has been removed from the home, an adjudicatory hearing shall be held within ten days of the filing of the petition.B.Child not in custody. If a child has not been removed from the home, the adjudicatory hearing shall be held as soon as practical but within forty-five days of the filing of the petition.
