Rule 1361 - Adjudicatory Notice
The court shall give notice of the adjudicatory hearing to:
1) The attorney for the county agency;2) The child's attorney;3) The guardian's attorney;4) The parents, child's foster parent, preadoptive parent, or relative providing care for the child;5) The county agency;6) The court appointed special advocate, if assigned; and7) any other persons as directed by the court.
